I'm Felipe Grillasca, a real estate developer, founder of Grupo 28, and creator of projects that are redefining how we live, invest, and build in Mexico. My mission is simple yet powerful: to turn vision into legacy.<\/p>

My journey in development began with Monarca 28, a building that not only marked my entry into the industry but also became a symbol of what I can achieve when I combine vision, discipline, and a cohesive team. Today I'm starting construction on Portofino 28, a project inspired by European design and architectural precision. And soon Presidente 28 will arrive, a development that will be an icon overlooking the Americas and will consolidate the expansion of my portfolio.
The number 28 is no coincidence: numerologically, it's a number of energy, leadership, and abundance. I embraced it, understood it, and today it's a central part of my identity and everything I believe in.<\/p>

I also run a real estate sales agency specializing in marketing our own developments, and a property management company that ensures every investment continues to grow over time. Nicoleta es el origen de la visi\u00f3n que dio forma a Grupo 28. Desde los primeros planos hasta las estrategias actuales, su forma de pensar ha sido el hilo conductor que define c\u00f3mo crece y c\u00f3mo se proyecta la empresa. No solo cre\u00f3 la base: estableci\u00f3 una manera de trabajar, de mirar los proyectos y de convertir ideas en realidades tangibles que hoy distinguen a Grupo 28 en cada etapa.

Tiene una capacidad natural para leer el panorama completo, anticipar necesidades y ajustar el rumbo antes de que los dem\u00e1s lo perciban. Esa visi\u00f3n, que combina estrategia y sensibilidad, permite que el equipo avance con claridad incluso en momentos en los que el camino no es evidente. Las decisiones que toma no solo resuelven; direccionan. Y los procesos no \u00fanicamente funcionan: funcionan porque llevan impreso su criterio.
